1.      Zippered Pencil Case containing:

2 erasable pens (black or blue )                       colored pencils

1 red pen                                                         scissors (no point)

Two #2 pencils                                                glue stick

Eraser                                                              6” ruler (standard and metric)

 

2.      Plastic Accordion File Folder – containing loose-leaf paper. This folder is used to carry all tests, class work, notices, Library handouts, etc.

 

3.      Assignment Planner – to copy homework assignments.

MUST BE PURCHASED IN SCHOOL IN SEPTEMBER. $4.00 each

 

4.      Book Bag

 

5.      (Two boxes of tissues) OR (1 box of tissues and 1 box of wipes)

 

6.      1 Pack each of loose-leaf paper and color construction paper

Must be purchased over summer, will not be sold at school

 

8.      8 manila folders, each one signed by a parent or guardian

 

9.      Clear contact paper on all workbooks

The above required books for reading will be available at Barnes and Noble Book Store on Central Avenue, Yonkers.

 

Special Notes:

  1. NO spiral notebooks, NO binders, NO trappers, NO white out.
  2. Textbooks must be covered at ALL times.
  3. Test are SIGNED and RETURNED to the teacher.
  4. Correct school and gym uniform is expected to be worn.
  5. A written note is needed in the event of lateness or absence.
