Early Morning/ After School Program

Early Morning Care - 7:20am to 8:00am (Kindergarten to Grade 8 Students Only)
To accomodate our families, Barnabas offers an early morning program beginning at 7:20am. Families can enter through the side entrance and proceed to the Auditorium.More information about early morning care for PK3/4 students will be shared in September. Please note that this program will not begin until October for our Little Learners.
After School - 3:00pm to 5:45pm (Pre-K3 to Grade 8 Students)
Student programming and care is available until 5:45pm each day. Age specific groups allow students in lower elementary and upper elementary/ middle school to work collaboratively. This is time for students to complete assignments, eat a snack and relax after a rigourous day of learning.
As long as a student is engaged in school-sponsored programs or activities, the student is expected to follow school policy.
In instances where students are picked up, parents are expected to make arrangements to pick up their children at the end of the program or activity. Students will be released only to a parent or a person previously specified IN WRITING by the parent.NEW IN 2024 - 2025!
We will continue to use Blackbaud for morning care and after school services, however, it is important to note that a NEW feature will be utilized for registration for our UPK and K-8 families who intend on using the service on either a daily or drop-in basis. We will no longer be accepting cash, check or money orders for these services. Further details on how to pre-register and pay for drop-in services will be shared in a few weeks. We are also excited to share that we will also be offering half-day (11:30AM dismissal) drop in packages AND Fall club after school packages for families who may require either service. -
